Once the event contract is signed, the client is eligible for a 50% refund within 7 days of the agreed upon event date. No refunds are honored within 7 days of the event or upon arrival to the event location. 

We can travel anywhere in the U.S for an additional travel fee with an attendant. All local travel within a 50 mile radius of central phoenix is included with each package. An additional travel fee will be assessed if out of phoenix.

We will certainly do our best to accommodate any booking date change as long as it is available on the schedule. Any date change more than 60 days out from the originally scheduled event date may incur a 150.00 change fee.
